- Entertainment / sporting / cultural
- In venues receiving financial assistance from public funds

If you meet the above criteria and would like to display a banner, please call us on 01453 762817 to check availability.
We will send an application form or you can download it here. Then simply complete and return the form and we will confirm your booking. Depending on availability, bookings will usually cover a two week period, Monday-Sunday.
Size and Safety Guidelines
The banner should be no larger than 5mx1m, made of suitable material and securely fastened. As it is to be placed across the carriageway it should contain a maximum of 12 words with lettering a minimum of 15cm in height so that it can be easily read by car users.
For banners being displayed in King or Russell Streets a ladder is required and you need to advise the neighbouring property owners that you will be placing this against their property. The banner needs to be suspended at least 6 metres above the carriageway.
The Council accepts no liability for loss or damage to banners at any time.
