We run local group sessions which help bring people together into a fun and friendly environment that leaves them feeling supported, part of their community and less isolated. Our 1:1 befriending and coaching services support people at home and over the phone with complex emotional needs and isolation. Our Hubs work to help people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and dementia.
