20's Plenty for Us
Stroud Town Council is asking drivers to take it easy as they drive through the community.
The Town Council has joined the '20's Plenty For Us ' campaign to encourage people to drive 20mph.
Schools in the parish can borrow '20's Plenty' banners and people can collect wheelie bin stickers to promote the campaign in their streets.

Street Art Workshops Extended
Stroud Town Council is extending its successful street art workshops after receiving National Lottery funding.
So far the Town Council has run six workshops for 12-17-year-olds, with all of them fully booked. The events give young people a chance to try out graffiti-based art and learn a new skill.

Ticket Office Closure: Extension to Consultation
While Stroud Town Council welcomes the extension to the consultation around the proposed closure of the ticket office at Stroud Railway Station, it remains concerned about the lack of ways for people to respond.

Seatery Moving to Fridays
Stroud's community music space is getting that Friday feeling.
From next week, Stroud Seatery, which is based in the Cornhill Marketplace will now take place on Fridays from 11am-2pm, rather than Wednesdays. The first Friday session will be August 4.
