White Ribbon Day

""

Stroud Town Council is supporting White Ribbon Day which aims to end violence against women and girls.

Male town councillors and the Green Spaces Ranger team have taken part in a video organised by the National Association of Local Councils (NALC).

"We need to work together to achieve gender equality and ensure our society is safe for everyone," said Stroud Mayor Stella Parkes.

"I would to thank the men associated with the Town Council for supporting this very important initiative."

You can find out more about White Ribbon Day, which is on November 25, on whiteribbon.org.uk.
